Tiered Premium Rate

Each active coverage = 100 USDT of potential protection benefits.
After insurance is enabled, when cumulative losses from non‑principal‑protected copy trading futures reach 100 USDT, the system will automatically generate 1 coverage.
At the time of generation, the premium will be deducted according to the user’s current premium rate (deducted from the insurance account).
New nodes take effect after a 72‑hour waiting period. Before settlement in the current cycle, new nodes remain in the “Queued” status. When the current cycle progress reaches 100%, the new node takes effect and receives its first airdrop.
In simple terms: lose 100 USDT → pay a small premium (minimum 10 USDT) → obtain 1 coverage representing 100 USDT of protection.

Coverage Value & Acquisition:

Once the insurance pool reaches its target, the system distributes payouts to all active coverage. Each active coverage you hold (valued at 100 USDT) is eligible for a share of the distribution.

Payout Trigger:

Premium for Profitable Orders = Order Profit (PNL) * User's Current Premium Rate (Deducted from Futures Account).
Premium for Losing Orders = 100 USDT * User's Current Premium Rate. When 1 Insurance COverage is generated for every 100 USDT of accumulated losses, the corresponding premium is collected (Deducted from Insurance Account).

Premium Collection:

If no new nodes are generated for 15 consecutive days, all nodes will be frozen.
If no new nodes are generated for 30 consecutive days, all nodes will expire permanently.

Node Maintenance:

The inviter receives 1 Reward Node for every 10 Insurance Nodes generated by the invitee.
Reward Nodes can only be activated when the current account holds active nodes.

Referral Rewards:

Platform-injected trading fees (1%-5%) + Full user premiums.
To protect the rights of legitimate insurance users, malicious activities such as node farming and other violations are strictly prohibited. Once detected, the system will implement one or more of the following risk control measures based on the severity of the violation.
Violating futures trades will not generate insurance nodes, nor will premiums be deducted.
Freeze all existing insurance nodes. Abnormally frozen nodes can be unfrozen at a 1:1 ratio after the user generates new nodes through legitimate trading.
Freeze all existing insurance nodes, with no possibility of unfreezing.
Increase the insurance premium rate for violating users.
Increase the reset cycles for the violating user's pending rewards.
Blacklist the user from futures insurance and prohibit access to all related services.
