Note: Coverage only applies to USDⓈ-M Futures trades under the main account. Sub-account trades, Strategy Trading, and Copy Trading are excluded. Position takeovers (incomplete liquidation fills) are covered by the platform's Insurance Fund and do not constitute active user trades; therefore, PNL from these events is not included in cumulative insurance losses, and no Coverage will be generated or premiums charged.

Each active Coverage = {amount} USDT in potential protection.

Once insurance is enabled, the system will automatically generate 1 Coverage for every {amount} USDT in cumulative covered losses.

Upon generation, the premium will be deducted from your Insurance Account based on your current premium rate.

New or unfrozen Coverages require a {hours}-hour waiting period before becoming active. Once the current progress reaches 100%, active Coverages will receive a payout.

Simple Interpretation: Lose {amount} USDT → Pay a small premium (as low as {min} USDT) → Receive 1 Coverage representing {amount} USDT in protection.

Coverage Value & Acquisition:

When the insurance pool reaches the payout threshold, the system distributes payouts to all active coverages. Each active coverage you hold (valued at {amount} USDT) is eligible for the distribution.

Payout Trigger:

Premium for Winning Orders = Order Profit (PNL) × Current Premium Rate (Deducted from Futures Account).
Premium for Losing Orders = {amount} USDT × Current Premium Rate. A premium is charged each time a new coverage is triggered for every {amount} USDT in cumulative losses (Deducted from Insurance Account).

Premium Collection:

The system daily checks if your trading premiums meet the Minimum Maintenance Premium. If the target is met, all Coverages remain active; if not, only new Coverages activated within the last {day1} days will be protected, while all others will be frozen.

Frozen Coverages must be unfrozen by restoring trading activity within {day2} days. Failure to do so will result in permanent expiration, and they cannot be restored.

Coverage Maintenance:

The inviter receives 1 Reward Coverage for every 10 Insurance Coverages generated by the invitee.
Reward Coverages can only be activated when the current account holds active coverages.

Referral Rewards:

Platform-injected trading fees (0%-5%, adjusted by the platform based on actual conditions) + 100% of user premiums.

Insurance Pool Sources:

To protect the rights and interests of legitimate Futures Insurance users, any malicious activities—such as exploiting Coverage generation or other violations that harm normal users—are strictly prohibited. Once identified by the system, the following risk control measures (one or more) will be enforced against the violating users, based on the severity of the consequences.

No Coverages will be generated for violating futures trades.
