To further enhance P2P trading liquidity and provide users with a more efficient, secure, and convenient trading experience, XT is officially launching the P2P Merchant Recruitment Program. We sincerely invite qualified P2P/OTC merchants and liquidity providers to join the XT P2P merchant ecosystem. During the campaign, merchants who successfully onboard and complete the designated tasks will be eligible to share the 10,000 USDT reward pool!
Campaign Period: September 1, 2026, 00:00 – September 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC)
How to Participate

Apply and successfully become a verified P2P merchant during the campaign period;

Complete the designated onboarding and trading tasks to unlock the corresponding rewards;
-
Refer other qualified P2P/OTC merchants to join and earn additional referral rewards.
Total Reward Pool: 10,000 USDT
Reward 1: New Merchant Onboarding Reward | 50 USDT
New merchants who fulfill all of the following requirements within 30 days after successful onboarding will receive 50 USDT:

Successfully apply to become a verified P2P merchant;

Publish at least 3 valid trading advertisements;
-
Complete ≥ 3 valid orders;
-
Achieve a cumulative valid trading volume of ≥ 3,000 USDT;
-
Trade with ≥ 5 unique counterparties;
-
Maintain an order completion rate of ≥ 90%.
After completing all requirements and passing the platform review, merchants will receive the 50 USDT New Merchant Onboarding Reward.
Reward 2: First-Month Trading Incentive | Up to 800 USDT
To encourage new merchants to continuously provide quality liquidity, XT will provide additional rewards based on their actual valid trading performance during the first 30 days after onboarding.

Rules:

Merchants will receive the reward corresponding to the highest tier they actually achieve;

Rewards from different tiers cannot be claimed cumulatively;

Trading volume, unique trading users, and order completion rate will be determined based on XT’s final platform statistics.
Reward 3: Merchant Referral Reward | Up to 100 USDT per Merchant
Refer qualified merchants and build the P2P merchant ecosystem together.
During the campaign, invite genuine P2P/OTC merchants with proven trading capabilities to join XT and earn corresponding referral rewards upon successful qualification:

Each successful referral of a qualified new merchant can earn a maximum of 100 USDT.
How to Refer: If you have qualified P2P/OTC merchant contacts, please contact @mortimer_xt via Telegram to submit the referral information. The referral relationship must be registered before the referred merchant applies for onboarding. Referral rewards will only be valid after confirmation by the platform.
Important Notes

The total reward pool for this campaign is 10,000 USDT. Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until the pool is exhausted;

Only genuine, valid, and successfully completed P2P transactions will be counted;
-
Self-trading, trading between related accounts, wash trading across multiple accounts, fake transactions, abnormal transactions, and canceled orders will not be counted;
-
The referrer and referred merchant must not be the same entity, controlled by the same person, or otherwise related accounts;
-
Each user may participate in this campaign with one account only;
-
If any fraudulent volume generation, arbitrage, bulk registration, or other violations are detected, XT reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke or recover any rewards already issued;

Rewards will be distributed after data verification and risk-control review are completed;
-
XT reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the campaign rules based on actual circumstances.
